To be honest, id retake the test and study my butt off - thats very low, for a TOEFL score. The only schools if any, that would take you are ones that are probably desperate for admissions.

Beware. There are some colleges in the USA where after an MS, you get only $7 per hour jobs. Also there are diploma mills where you put in the money and out comes the degree.
