This bulletin board needs Starting to feel better about the situation, still a little depressed, but my husband is so loving and excited for Eric it's making me feel much better. Cannot wait to get to the point of excitement again on this pregnancy.
Had declined all tests at first, but had a "bright" (echogenic) spot in the heart found during rountine 20 week ultrasound. Eric was also measuring about two weeks small compared to early (dating) ultrasound. Had the Maternal Serum testing done and it came back with a 1/15 for Down's Syndrome. Decided to have the Amino at that point and it confirmed Down's Syndrome.

yup. it actually takes 10-14days after sex to become pregnant. and no i dont believe that tightness of the stomach is a sign of pregnancy. and if it was your stomach wouldnt feel any different until weeks into your pregnancy.
