I have read "The Tell-Tale Heart", "Fall Of The House Of Usher" and "The Black Cat"- I enjoyed these tremendously....but now, I want a suggestion. What Poe story should I read now? I want one when a person is really mad in it..It makes it more exiting.Lots of suspense ect.. Of the ones I have read, I enjoyed "The Tell-Tale Heart" best. But the rest were very exiting and trilling..

The only one I can think of that features an insane man is the short story "The Cask of Amontillado." It's also rather funny, too, because the insane main character is making all these grim jokes about his upcoming dirty deed, but the victim has absolutely no clue because he's drunk. Give it a read!

The Cast of Amontillado would be a great read. It's about revenge. The Pit and the Pendulum is a pretty dark story about torture. If you like mystery read The Murders in the Rue Morgue.
Basically all of the Poe stories I've read are great. The Tell-Tale
Heart is his best story. I just love how the narrator tries to convince you that his is not crazy, and the whole time you think
"this guy is crazy"

Try "The Purloined Letter". I remember it as being good. It is more like a Sherlock Holmes story than a scary one.
Also, "The Masque of the Red Death" is good.
The site I have listed has most of Poe's works available for free.

I loved this one! Slightly gruesome, but the main character IS mad! Hop-Frog: http://bau2.uibk.ac.at/sg/poe/works/hop_frog.html

Sorry that I couldn't think of more. This is the only one that popped into my brain! But it's really good- enjoy!
