Yes he should play in the world cup becuse he has the spirit that a young cricketer should posses an also he has proved to be a match winner on many occassion.he is good fielder and needs good exposure.only he has to better his batting like kumble.

No, he should not play in the world cup for India, because condition in Westindies are similiar like in our India & after watching the perfomance against Westindies & against Srilanka is liking that the length which is he bowling is good for pace & bouncy pitchies but not in pitchies like India,Srilanka,Pakistan & i Westindies that is slow pitchies & it is good for Indian Team if they Include Romesh Powar in the side because condition is sutibale for him.

He is a great bowler. But he is lacking confidence and gives lot of runs. He should take advice from Wasim Akram, Dennis Lillee and Waqar Younis before WC
