all good answers here..
for some reason, an old Portuguese remedy popped into my head..it is strange, but it always worked when we were kids..
my grandmother used to slice a potato and make a headband with a cloth, wrap it around your head with the potatoes against your forehead..
then lay down..
i know..sounds strange, but it worked for us..
but if it persists..get to the emergency as suggested before..
i would add the neck massage, also rub your temples, and the indent between your eyes..
feel better

You may have a sinus head ache or infection they are quite painful. If so the best remedy is to breathe in vapor or steam.I
A headache is a condition of pain in the head; sometimes neck or upper back pain may also be interpreted as a headache. It ranks amongst the most common local pain complaints.
Headaches have a wide variety of causes, ranging from eye strain, sinusitis, migraine and tension to life-threatening conditions such as encephalitis, meningitis, cerebral aneurysms and brain tumors (although more than 95% of headaches are not life-threatening). When the headache occurs in conjunction with a head injury the cause is usually quite evident; however, many causes are more unclear. The most common type of headache is a tension headache. Some experience headaches when dehydrated, or suffering from caffeine withdrawal symptoms. Headaches may also be caused in some people by certain foods, such as peanuts, or food additives, such as tartrazine.
Treatment of uncomplicated headache is usually symptomatic with over-the-counter painkillers such as aspirin, paracetamol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofen, although some specific forms of headaches (e.g. migraine) may demand other, more suitable treatment, usually triptans. It may be possible to relate the occurrence of a headache to the consumption of a particular food, which can then be avoided.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

It could be something as simple as needing a trip to the opticians for a eye examination but to be on the safe side u need to get to the docs asap never be to careful. if ur doc is fully booked u can call an emergency doc they can give u advice or even a visit if u are in extreme pain. If this doesn't work i would suggest a visit to ur local hospital if u are in that much pain. Hope u get better soon.
