Yes, and if you don't go get the spark notes. Or even a child version it breaks it down for you. My parents use to read me the child version so when I had to read it in sophomore year in high school I remembered the general plot. The inner workings I had to work on.

What is it about Macbeth that you're confused about? It's not an extremely difficult play, but that depends on your grade level. I find that it's often taught too young and that ruins any chances for getting enjoyment out of it.

The first response of using the Spark Notes is excellent- they are a little easier to understand than Cliff's Notes. Do a lot of online research as well. A lot of the more popular plays can be found online with summaries and whatnot.

Didn't your teacher explain it to you? We- grade 6 just learnt it last semester. It wasn't that hard.
