u can block then if u have a strong antivirus or by using the firewall to block all foriegn object and popups

install NetDog : http://www.netdogsoft.com
it's easy , just add the website to "Always blocked website list" in NetDogAdmin.exe, and set a password for netdogadmin.exe, none will be able to open it.
