One of them is a scientist who has discovered a cure for cancer but is yet to disclose this information to the world. The other person is your dad. You only have enough heat to defrost one person. Who will you save?

Oooo...tough call. So, in this scruples question, does the scientist truly have this information or does everyone just think he does? If it's a sure thing, I'd defrost the scientist. I'd miss my dad for the rest of my life and never stop crying, but if this scientist was truly able to cure cancer once and for all, and I failed to save him, my father would hate me for the rest of his life. If it was just a chance that the scientist had the cure for cancer, then I'd save my dad. I just wouldn't be willing to let him go too early based on speculation. It would have to be a sure thing.

I would defrost the scientist because that is what my dad would have wanted me to do. Just like Jonathan Kent and Clark on Smallville, for the good of the human race

I hope this never happens but if it does, it will be very hard to decide but maybe the scientist because I will be giving away a life to save thousands and millions.
