Two Hitlers would be very balancing assuming they fought against each other. Both sides would lose 200 million people which would combat global warming and cut methane emissions.
However, if both Hitlers were on the same side then the world would be in for real trouble giving rise to the "Hitler squared inverse function law' which states that Hitler x Hitler + Moustache + Armageddon = 2 billion dead and lots of very angry Jews

How do you mean "two Hitlers"? Two men of identical belief, charisma and fanaticism? In that case, I would agree with those who have said that they would have had each other killed, because paranoia was one of Hitler's traits.
Or do you mean, what if Hitler had been a twin? In that case, I think neither of them would ever have turned out the way the real historical Adolf Hitler did, because having each other would have alieviated some of the emotional isolation that is believed to have contributed to the development of Hitler's personality and ideology.
