What happened to HotorNot.com?

There used to be a website called Hotornot.com and I used to be a moderator for it. I haven't visited it in probably over a year, as other things have been going on, and I figured my mod status probably lapsed, but I came across something that reminded me of it, and decided to check up on it. It doesn't seem to exist anymore, or I chose a really weird time to load the page, and it just isn't loading for me. Whats the deal? Anyone know?

How long ago did it flop? Why?

Thats so strange... I have tried loading it with firefox and with IE, and nothing.
