I am uncircumsised and when I was a child my foreskin covered the whole surface of the glans. Now I am 24 years old and frenulum of the glans was removed when I was masterbating. Now after pulling back my foreskin the inner layer of the foreskin wrinckles near the corona of the glans and looks like halfly circumcised even in flaccid and tip of the glans is exposed. Is it normal in a adult penis?

I have long foreskin...projecting out of penis head....but don't have problem in pulling down....with some difficulty...as I am a young boy I have not tried intercourse...but masturbate without any problem. You may have shorter foreskin....or circumcised when you were very young....your parents mat know. But it should not cause any problem as many have circumcised penis!

I am also uncircumcised, and I can tell you that it is relatively normal. I have a slightly shorter foreskin than most guys, and it covers about 3/4 of the glans (head) when I'm flaccid. When I'm erect the foreskin retracts on it's own, completely exposing the glans without my having to pull the skin back myself. But also, when I'm flaccid the foreskin will sometimes roll back on it's own leaving the head exposed, making it look circumcised when flaccid. And just as you mentioned, the foreskin will look a little wrinkled or slightly bunched up behind the corona of the glans. There is no problem with this at all. As long as your foresin is not tight around the edge of the glans to the point of being painful, it's all good.
I would guess that having torn your frenulum at a younger age made it possible for your foreskin to have more freedom of movement or more range of retracting. My frenulum is still intact, but it has never hindered the movement or the range of retraction.....Lucky me.
Not to worry Dude.....it's all normal!
Best of Luck!

You should go to the doctor. You might have genital warts, or the bumps might just be pimples, or who knows. Usually erection problems are in your head, maybe you're thinking about the bumps, stressed out by work, thinking about something else, could be anything.
