I found my friends diary in his bedroom draw. I was looking after the house while he'd gone away.In it he said he liked to dress up in female clothes. I told a couple of friends who promised they wouldn't say anything. The problem is they ve told everybody and my mates back next week, What should I do?

tell your friend the truth when he gets back but in the mean time tell ya friends you read it wrong
it said he has a friend that likes to dress up in female clothes
if you decide to say this excuse also let ya friend know so he can say the same and youve got magor sucking up to do if you still want to memain friends with him

i do not want to be in ure shoes when he gets back
but also it doesnt mean he is a transvestite he just might be curious and liked it
another excuse you could use is that it said (which you didnt read b4 as you was just scanning it) it was 4 a fancy dress party

very very very good luck with this one
think the fancy dress party one might be better than the 1st one
but tell your friend not to react other wise that will make it worse if you use these tell him to say the same and even if he falls out with you still keep to the same excuse to help you both out and dont ever betray him again
again good luck
let us know how it goes

Just admit it, You're friend would much rather find out from you than everyone else taking the piss and him not knowing what's happening, try to be honest, or if anything say you were concerned and read his diary because you wanted to know if everything was okay, but in my experiences lying gets you no where, and it's better if you tell the truth staight away.

Well if this is true, you are the proverbial 'little sh**'.

You have broken a confidence while having the trust of keeping his house secure. Yes, he shouldn't have left that in his draw but worse still, you shouldn't have been looking there. Is nothing sacred in your life?

You have two options .... leave things as they are and hope for the best or come clean .... either way, you will be seen for what you are but just hope your mate has a benevolent side to him as well.

You need to tell him soon as he gets back, that you're the lousy friend that has most likely made him a laughing stock, and has got people talking about it.
He needs to know you cant be trusted and arent a real friend. What were you thinking, going through his draws in the first place.

How would you react if someone did that to you. And then to tell people, and betray him that bit further!
Priceless.

Won't say anything. Yeah right. Taken hook line and sinker I'm afraid. Think about it. Would you have kept something like that to yourself? No because you told them, so why would they keep it to themselves?

You shouldn't been so nosey and have to pay now. Come clean or pay penalty when it gets back to him. It'll certainly sound a lot worse then. Lesson learnt.

admit it was you....you did wrong and you might of lost a mate, because of this.
Diary is privates means no one should read also what were you doing looking in his drawers.

Tell him as soon as you see him be honest and face up to what you have done/started.

own up to him before he hears it from someone else, you broke his trust when you read the diary and even more when you told others, the least you can do is be honest with him and give the guy fair warning about what is being said about him.

i hope you have learnt your lesson big time!!

wow.... thats a really mean thing to do... well, first of all, u have to tell him that u have found that diary and u have read it... then, u have to ask him if he really has "that" problem (ask him slowly and politely)... and if he admits, u have to tell him the truth that u have told few of your "trustable" friends, and tell him that the reason why u told ur friends is to help him to become normal back... finally, say sorry thousand times...

What a nice friend you are! Not. What a thing to do to a friend. You are going to have to tell him and be prepared to lose him as your friend. He will probably be better off without you. Maybe he will forgive you? If your lucky. Good Luck. xx

yell at your dumb fu*k friends who blabbed and this is a lesson to you not to go through other peoples things. How would you like it if you were in his situation? Someone you cared enough about to let them take care of your house and they repay you buy snooping through your belongings and reading a private diary and telling all of your friends embarrassing intimate details?! WTF were you thinking??? Obviously you cant trust your so called friends just like your friend cant trust you.

I probobly wouldnt be your friend anymore at all.

All you can do now is be honest and hope he doesent kick your butt to the curb in every meaning of the phrase.
