A batsman who has not faced any ball can be run-out as explained below;
On the last ball of an over a batsman is out caught, bowled, LBW or stumped. The next batsman comes to the crease to replace him. The next ball will be faced by the batsman at the other end. He hits the ball and run and reaches the other end safely. however, the new batsman who responds to the run does not reach the crease in time and is run out. though he has not faced any ball.

A zero-ball duck occurs when a batsman begins his innings at the non-strikers' end, and is the run out before he has the chance to face a single ball. Names used for this type of dismissal include diamond duck (also sometimes used to refer to an opener getting a first ball duck), black duck, glass duck and sapphire duck. In a very rare occurence the batsman can be timed out, if he intentionally takes more than two minutes to reach the crease. This has never occured in a test, and has only happened four times in first-class cricket. If a batsman is timed out he is not said to have been out for any specific type of duck, just referred to as being timed out. If the batsman is stumped off a wide or run out off a no ball, it does not count as a zero-baller as, although a wide or no-ball does not count as a delivery in the bowling column, it does count as a ball faced by the batsman.
Hope this helps!

If a batsman has just entered and he is at the non-striker's end and if he gets run out ,he ultimately becomes out without facing a single ball.

there can be many cases one is if a batsman takes too much of time to come from pavilion and no replacement comes. Umpire has right to declare him out even without facing a single ball.

if the batsman comes to the crease at the non strikers end and is run out before he gets the strike. It has happened to Alan Donald in the world cup 99 semifinal against Aussies. By the way..what do you mean by 'Turned has'?

in accordance to cricinfo Rahul Dravid has confronted 26,634 deliveries in attempt cricket. yet they provide no comparable stats for the Sachin Tendulkar. Tendulkar has however performed extra assessments - 162 to Dravid's 137 and had extra innings - 265-237 and scored extra runs - 12,970 to eleven,256, as a result i might say Tendulkar has confronted the main deliveries, yet I doubt there's a lot in it. Dravid rankings his runs extra slowly and has a tendency to bat longer.
