If you want to start on Classical music, buy / rent Disney's Fantasia. Then Fantasia 2000.
Some dance class might help, too. To appreciate rhythm.

Purchase music recorded CDs or other recorded devices . Play them to listen regularly for fixed period of time daily . Select good ones from them , put them in order of priority as per your choice and listen them again and again. Slowly you will develop the interest.

just imagine music as a tension reliever. Whenever u r tired listen to soft music probably instrumental by Yanni or Kenny G and feel the difference.

That's really something that can't be "forced" upon someone. You can *learn* about music, but developing the interest has to come from yourself.
