Im not that skinny. I'd be classified as "average", onb the verge of beeing chubby. But Ive noticed that when i throw my head back theres a weird slight bulge at the base of my throat.. :S WHAT is that? :/ Im not that skinny so that my voice shoes through like some people, If i hold the skin in that are with my thumb and index finger its about 1cm thick... Whats going on ? :S Should i get checked up? could this have something to do with my thyroid gland?

It's what people call the Adams Apple.

It's due to the forward protrusion of the thyroid cartilage, the largest and most prominent cartilage of the larynx.
