The Green Card doesn't mean that your friend is an American and has nothing to do with his citizenship as Jordanian.

the green card is only a proof of permanent residency in the united states not a proof of citizenship. therefore he is still a jordanian citizen by virtue of his passport. so he needs to check with the singapore consulate wherever he is residing to obtain a visa.

A eco-friendly card holder isn't a US citizen! And a US eco-friendly card is inappropriate to uk. This man or woman must have a cutting-edge valid passport from u . s . a . of citizenship to even board a airplane to get to uk. And if he wouldn't have funds for a passport, he particular wouldn't have funds for airplane fee ticket - or the mandatory data of money for his or her length of stay in uk. This man or woman isn't going everywhere.

sure he need a visa to come to singapore check the nearby singapore consulate, us green card is worth only in usa ,if you come out of usa then your a jordan passport and citizen ,its only the passport which is important if you travel to another country.for more information visit the link below.
