When Amazon have your details on record you may think the 'One-Click' option when you buy saves you from entering all your details again.

True, but using this option does NOT allow you to use the Super Saver Freepost option. You will incur postage charges.

Should this be made more clear?

I had already contacted Amazon and been given a refund but how many people are being ripped off without realising it?

My intention was to post a warning. Apart from this Amazon are still one of the best companies on the Net.

Amazon is the best retailer I have ever dealt with, they are so accomodating and I am sure if you email them and tell them that they will credit the account you used to purchase your item. Amazon let me keep a product that had been damaged during shipping and then swap between the dvds when my replacement arrived without returning the defective one. AND they refunded the broken one before I returned it. Hows that for service, I love Amazon, it is so exciting to get things in the mail from far away, PLUS they have such speedy shipping times, my delivery arrived 10 days early! TEN DAYS EARLY

In the Uk it works fine for me but you have to spend £15.00 or more for super saver.
I have complained once to amazon about the wrong item being delivered and they sent me a £5.00 gift voucher by email.

Should deff me made more clear. I smell a possible class action lawsuit. Let me know if you file one I'd like a piece of it.
