To study in Briain - if you are not from here - here is an excellent website

make sure you study your butt off though - competition is fierce!
(It has really good advice on studying abroad as well)

Check this out for Germany: http://www.daad.org/. Can't help you with the other countries but maybe they have something off their main government website. Good luck.
