Nope. Too many open angles to come into this one at. If everyone who said anything from the heart took on one voice and tone and rate of speech than it would be an obvious answer, but we all say things from the heart differently as we are all different. There are definitely times when this occurs, and the words that come out of one mouth are said with love and that's all that matters, but not always and I'll venture to say not even close.

I believe it as long as you are are sincere. You are using the term Love in the most general sense so I am not sure if you mean a charitable act or something else.

Only when two people know each other very well can they truly understand the intention behind their words.

Otherwise, all actions, words and sayings can always be misunderstood and taken the wrong way.

Depends on what you have to say.
Sometimes no matter how much love you put into your words, the words themselves can cut through someone.
Sometimes due to past experiences people can not deal with what you have to say to them, not at that time.

As long as it is a positive outburst is should always have the desired affect. Sometimes though, words are never enough.

That is what we do when we pray for some one who is suffering. Our prayers do make a difference to that person.
