my period was on time this month but for some reason its really heavy..its never been this heavy..why is it so heavy? ive been haven truble getting pregnant but i dont know if this has anything to do with it

Is it possible that you had a miscarriage? Some women have been known to have miscarriages around the time of their period. Other than that, a heavy period could be due to stress. Try to take it easy.

Take a pregnancy test. If you have miscarried, the hormones will still be in your body. If this is the case, you need to see a doctor.
It could also be fibroids, PCOS, or a number of other conditions. If it keeps up more than this one cycle, you should see a doctor.

it cou;d be your diet. or it could be the amount of stress you're under
