I have the same handset on 3 network and I did the following to get it on my phone.

Go to "messages", "Rss Reader", then the 1st Sony Ericsson icon. Click on that icon, then on any of the icons you can see. Click on the arrow at the bottom of the box, scroll down to "register", register with a username and password of your choice, then you will see a "Fun & Downloads" screen. Scroll down to "Applications", click, then an applications screen will appear, scroll down again till you find "Facewarp", click on it, scroll down to where it says "download" and download it. It will download to "My Stuff", "Applications" and you can use it from there.

Incidentally, while you are in the "Fun & Downloads" area, you might find other applications, games, music, pictures or videos you fancy. Have a look cos there's all sorts of things there. I hope this helps.
