Not at all!! You always get a bad apple, best thing to do is first check there feed back, it can tell alot, throughly read what details they put and what ur getting foe ur money. You don't want to buy a tv and find it was just a box to store 1 in lol :P
Then decide from there.

NO!!! I have purchased 2 items on E-Bay and got burnt! These people will really take advantage of you on shipping charges! the reason I know is because the seller charged $75.00 for shipping and I checked UPS.COM and it should have been $18.00. Thats dishonest! But Americans take advantage of Americans!!!!

90% of all designer items are COUNTERFEIT.
many expensive items are listed on HIJACKED ACCOUNTS.
many items don't even exist.
you have to protect yourself.
no matter what you buy on ebay, ALWAYS pay through PAYPAL with a CREDIT CARD!
if you have any problems, you can then go back to the CC company and file for a chargeback to your account.
NEVER send WESTERN UNION! it is ALWAYS a SCAM!
stay away from CHINA!
DON'T buy from sellers with less than a 98.6% feedback rating.
