Jamand is right, the damn things stick all the time. Try giving them a scoot with WD40.

It may be that one radiator is heating the whole house so the other thermostatic valves never come on.

Welcome to the wonderful world of thermostatic radiator valves. Personally, I do not like them. They never seem to work properly.

You could have upset the balance of the radiator. Balancing is turning valves up or down until there is an even heat on all rads. Your other problem could be anair lock in the pipework to this rad. To get the air out of the pipework, You will have to dis connect a rad valve, and let the water run out until it gets hot. Then re connect and vent air. You must keep an eye on the boiler water pressure when you do this so no more air can get into the system. Personally, I find there is no advantage with thermostatic valves. You have to turn them up or down to suit, and you can do this with ordinary valves. These valves can be troublesome at times.

Try turning all the valves down on the rads that work - if the last rad gets hot then either your pump is too small or the system needs cleaning out.
Also try re-bleeding on the bad rad - it may be you got a air-lock in the pipe that may neeed a big bleed.

It may need bleeding again! There may have been air locked in the system - turn off the heating so that the pump is not pushing water around - bleed again and see if that corrects it!

If not - pop the thermostat off the rad and push the pin in and out a couple of times - sometimes they stick!

I agree with the other posters about trying to bleed initially - but if that doesn't work let me ask you...

Does this happen when all the other thermostats are turned down or turned up? Try turning all the other thermostats right down - if the rad still doesn't warm up then you probably have a problem with that rad and its feed. If it only happens with the other stats turned up, then it may be that your pump needs replacing.
