How to make PHP forms...?

I've purchased one of those Visual Quickstart guides, but I'm COMPLETELY BAFFLED !!! No clue!!

I'm using the free 'Response O Matic' website for my forms, but ofcourse they have a bit of their advertising in it (which can't be deleted in the HTML)....

How can I create a secure form for a website without using those yucky client-side email forms...?

HELP PLEASE!!

Hi
Write your own html form with input fields according to your requirements. To make this form secure, don't use client side input validation because if someone has disabled JavaScript in his/her browser, your validation will not work. So use server side validation using PHP.
