No, I don't believe it. He's said a lot of stupid things, but he's not that delusional.

Just checked: It wasn't Dubya, it was Muhammad Ali. Why make up stuff like this when you can use real Dubya quotes?

"I know how hard it is for you to put food on your family"
"I know the human being and fish can coexist peacefully"

The boxer Muhammed Ali is the author of this quote. Not George Bush!

Muhammad Ali

I'm not surprised Muhammad Ali said this, he was always a show-off, and that's what people liked about him. "I must be the greatest." Bush has had his moments, but this one wasn't one of them.

And Karl, when the hell did he ever say he invented the Internet? Or are you just grasping at straws in hope of finding a good insult to make up for Bush's speech disabilities.

Nope, seeing as you asked the question, I doubt he said anything like that at all.

The boxer Muhammed Ali is the author of this quote. Not George Bush!

It is harder to believe that anyone would waste their time by going out of their way in an effort that might cause people to believe he did.

It is a shame that libs revert to name calling and preposterous allegations against the President, simply because they cannot find any issue to unite their party or drum up enthusiasm for their own failed candidates.

Look at the liberal responses. Of course they accept it as fact. They hate George Bush and are willing to believe anything. No wonder the Democrats took back the House and Senate. It's easy to deceive the uninformed, especially when their whole existence is fueled by hatred.

Can you believe Al Gore said he "invented the internet"? Or that John Kerry called our soldiers "dumb" for being "stuck" in Iraq? Or that Kerry called the USA an "international pariah"? Or that Democrat Joe Biden said you have to be an "Indian" to work at 7-11? Or that Hillary Clinton said Gandhi pumped gas at a gas station?

Politicians say crazy things, but I think you got your wires crossed here, your quote comes from muslim muhammad ali.
