You may find it cheaper to use a polyblend that's normally used to stuff pillows. Then you can use it after the party.

the easiest way to make this costume is to buy some chicken wire and make a frame and then underneath the frame cover it with some some plain cotton or something to keep the wire away from your skin. then cover the outside of the frame with wadding or toy filling which you should find easily at your local craft or haberdashery shop. this way you can get a shape resembling a cloud not just cover yourself in white stuff and hope for the best!!! i used this method to make a very successful snowman costume at Xmas!! hope this helps Hun! good luck and enjoy your party!!!

find a grape outfit, turn it on its side, and paint it white.

Or cotton wool?? Best bet are cheap stores like Savers, wilkinsons, buy lots, and wrap like a mummy and fluff at the end. Ohhh to get a bit of body without using too much cotton, why dont you wrap yourself in bubble wrap first?

It might be easier (and cheaper) to look for lining fabric at a local market (£1.50 a metre for the really cheap stuff) - you could then buy metres of the stuff and gather it all around you, securing it with pins to your undergarments! You could also look for sparkly netting and use that for the rain. Sounds like fun!

get a clear bin bag around your waste and fill it with white polystyrene you pack stuff with just an idea it would save you spending a lot on cotton wool

Go to B+Q or your local hardware shop and wrap yourself up in boiler lagging?
