The only things you'll really need to avoid are filter-feeders. Avoid ocean-caught shellfish. That and alcohol. Don't get drunk. If you can drink three drinks and not get tipsy, you're okay with half a drink. Despite what parenting sites may say, a sip or two of wine won't hurt baby, *but* two drinks is definitely pushing it.
your body is designed to protect baby from everything except blood poisoning and abdominal punctures.
The stress from worrying is probably worse than anything else. Relax. Your womb is a wonderfully safe place. Food won't hurt baby. Only some poisons will.

There are pasteurized eggs out there now if you're really worried.
There is a risk, but it's very small.
There's also a risk involved in getting in a car, but nobody tells pregnant women not to do _that_. Don't let other people decide what is and what isn't an acceptable risk _for you_; trying to follow EVERY 'rule' to the letter would make somebody so crazy that that'd be unhealthy in and of itself.
"Pregnant women are not at an increased risk for getting salmonellosis; however, one type of Salmonella bacteria, called Salmonella typhi may be passed to the fetus. S. Typhi is rare in the United States, but if transmitted to the fetus, can cause abortion, stillbirth or premature labor."

I`ve eaten my eggs over easy when I was pregnant(currently 15 weeks with #3)..It`s all up to you though..The chances are very slim but ultimately it`s your choice..They say to stay away from deli meat to but I`ve ate it with all three to..So make the decision for yourself or look it up on the Internet for more info...Good Luck.

I'm sorry to report but there should be only hard eggs.
Eggs contain salmonella and the only way to ensure this is killed off is with extreme heat over the entire egg.
Don't burn them like my sister used to trying to look after me.
If you have eaten eggs made as described, please don't fret, the chances of a one off affecting you is slim plus you may have felt alittle sick by now.
Please look after yourself and baby and with this knowledge, ensure eggs, meat (particularly mince meat, chicken, pork and fish) are cooked well!!!
