My friend admitted to me a few weeks ago that he was gay, however my other friend had doubts that he is completely gay, or that he could be bi, and on one occasion he was oggling my bewbs lol. But i'm confused as to whether he is bi or not. Please help one confused girl.

what does it matter? if he is your friend, accept him no matter what, don't be judgemental, and when he is comfortable enough with you, he may tell you himself.
he might not be comfortable or might not know himself, he also may be testing the your friendship to see how you would cope with knowing such intimate details about him.
at the end of the day, is it really important that you know? does it change anything? will it affect how you view him as a person / friend, or is it just a matter of satisfying your own morbid curiousity, so that you can spread gossip?
I think that if you really want to know, you should have the balls to ask him directly, and establish that no matter the answer you still love and respect him as a friend.
if you don't want to do that, then I think you should mind your own business and get on with your own life.

He might have self-labled himself as bi at first but now feels he is completely homosexual.
