i've watched Queen Latifah's movie and it seems like in Bronx but actually she settled in Atlanta in that movie. she acted for salon/barbershop owner.. anybody know?

Sounds like you are thinking of Barbershop in which she was a supporting cast member. Then she had a spinoff movie called Beauty Shop and was the lead.
