how do go upstairs in chapter 2 part IIII where there are moving blocks. the staires are blown up and i cant jump on to them.

theres a window i think or go downstairs and look outside i dont remember

Look for a switch and hit the action button that opens doors. This scene you will need to go into the different vaults to get the explosives. Press the action button to unlock the vaults at the main desk to get into the vaults.
