I don't remember a song like that, but when I was in high school a motivational speaker came to speak to the entire school. I'm sure you had the same thing in high school at some point. Anyway, long story short, this motivational speaker was telling us all a true story about how he used to be in a gang and his former gang member friends (posse, crew, whatever it's called) were out looking for "action".

The motivational speaker's story went on to explain that the OTHER gang members (not including him) went and kidnapped a girl, threw a hood over her head (to keep her from screaming), then brought her to the back of a van and took turns raping her. This motivational speaker, at this point, says that HE also raped the woman, and when the hood was pulled off of the woman's head, he saw, to his horror, that it was his sister.

At this point the motivational speaker explained that his story was made up, but that it could happen to anyone in the audience (of my school) if they joined a gang. Is that what you're thinking of?

Like I said, I don't know of a song like that, but I used to listen to a little bit of ICP, and those lyrics would certainly fit their style of lyrics. Maybe it was ICP? Hope you find your song, if it exists, although I should say, for posterity, I hope you would never do any such thing yourself. But I'm sure that goes without saying.
