For spotless skin, natural products are the best way to go. A good cleanser, a toner, a moisturiser and an eye cream. Still going natural: drink plenty of water, and take a multivitamin and fish oil. Fish oil is good for heaps of stuff: your skin, your memory, your immune system, your hair and nails, keeping colds away... etc.
Another good brand is Neo-Strata. It's a little costly and does contain a few chemicals, but it works. Start with a lower strength, and definitely seek some advice from a consultant.
Also: EXFOLIATE at least twice a week. Exfoliating gets rid of the dead skin cells which cause blackheads.
For the freckles: Bio-Essence has a freckle-cream. I'm not sure how good it is or what the price is like, but it's the only one I know of.
Good luck.

You can't get rid of the freckles on your face permanently. You can however mix one part distilled water with one part hydrogen peroxide and apply it to your face once a day. This will bleach the skin and make the freckles and spots less noticeable. It may also however make your skin that little bit more sensitive to the sun, so be careful and do not overuse it.
Freckles are caused by sun damage, so I advise that you start wearing a sunblock daily - even in winter - to prevent new ones from forming.

I agree with a previous post, they proved the water myth to be totally untrue. It doesn't make the slightest bit of difference. Spots are a law unto themselves! I have tried creams, drinking water, vitamins etc etc but apart from anti-biotics nothing is a surefire cure as such.
It's boring but clean skin and a healthy diet are all we mere mortals can do. Hormones and hot weather can be something we can't avoid but avoid 'picking' spots (apart from whiteheads that are abviously ready but use a tissue to avoid spreading the bacteria) because picking causes scarring and more days worth of embarassment.
I have sometimes use withchazel gel to keep spotty areas anti-bacterialised and fresh. Use a moisturiser that is non-comodogenic (non pore blocking).
On the frekkles front, I have them too and people love them. They actually disguise spots so we are very lucky!

Dont hide your freckles!! They can add a natural glow, esp in summer! Some people admit to freckles being cute, thats a positive isnt it? As for spot free skin, i never use soap to wash my face, i splash with water then i cleanse with a gentle cleanser and moisturise afterwards. I like the pink Garnier cleanser and L'Oreal Revitalift moisturiser, products that will hardly break the bank and do the job in hand!

You may want to try Bio essence freckle cream for removing freckles and Ginvera Green Tea spot gel to remove the spot. Although it is a bit pricy, it is worth it as these products work wonders.

drinking plenty of water flushes impurities, always remove make up before going to bed, cleanse regularly, twice a day, and use spot creams as soon as the telltale tingles appear, freckles look pretty, theyre natural!

Water is my tip. I only drink water, tea and coffee and I don't often get spots. I use to have eczma on my face (ew, I know) but after drinking water it's cleared it up faster than any ointments ever did. The same with cleansers and stuff for spots.

from now on never leave the house without spf30+ sunscreen on your face
apart from following standard guidelines, you can only really remove freckles using lazer and a regulated skin peel (not the ones done at beauticians)
