hey, its my last year too... lol
the only thing for you to do if to really try and stay calm about it all. Doing badly definetly isnt the end of the world. and since its ur final year you should be doing subjects you enjoy, so try adn find some sorta fun out of doign the work in them.
um advice is, keep up with the work load, and dont put it off till later. Keep up a social life too, thats always good to counter act stress. Dont let it get you down, enjoy your last year as a student.

Just set up a good schedule every night that you can stick to without any problem, and that's kind of flexible in case something comes up (like going out to dinner instead of eating at home). Set aside at least two hours a night for homework (it's a lot but if you do all your homework in that time, you can just relax for the rest of your evening).
I'd say it's best to do at least half of your homework (if you can) as soon as you get home from school. If you get frustrated, take a break, like go watch a tv show or play a game for half an hour, then come back and try again.
ALWAYS do homework on the weekdays if you can, too. Having a free weekend to relax is really great, instead of having to worry about getting assignments done Sunday night...
And take notes in class. That helped me out a lot. When you take notes, you're actively listening, your eyes are reading what the teacher is putting up on the overhead (or computer monitor or whiteboard or whatever), and you're internalizing the information by writing it down. Everyone has their own notes style, too. I was always ready to just take regular notes, you know, line for line boring stuff. My friend was really creative with his, he drew all sorts of crazy pictures that both kept him interested in the classwork and also made it easier to study at a later point.
And... I don't know where you live, but my school ended in June and we started putting in our desired course-sheets in March or so. So if you haven't chosen your classes for next year, make sure you give a LOT of thought to the classes you want to take.
Take electives and courses that interest you a lot, but also realize that some aspects of the course may be uninteresting.
For me, I loved languages, I studied German and French all four years of high school. I wasn't too keen on science, though... My senior year, I took Physics thinking it would be fun... BUT I only thought about the basic aspects (like gravity, motion, real-life applications). Towards the end of the year the subject matter grew a lot more distant from those topics, and I just got burned out on the course. The teacher was great but I lost interest.
So make sure you have a good idea of at least the entire basic course curriculum before you sign up for it.
Well, hope that helps out a bit...

Worrying about the future is a waste of time. Prepare to be organized before school starts. Set reasonable goals for the type of marks you want to EARN. If you tried your best this year than there is no reason you cannot achieve similar scores next year. To quote the fashion designer in the Incredibles "Luck favors the prepared darling."
And do not forget to chill out.

Have fun with it.
Your teachers are just regretting their own schooling, they're smart people who think that if they got better marks/grades then they'd have better jobs.
No one cares now how well I did in school (except Toys R Us and some French companies funnily enough).
Just be a bit more competitive, find someone who doesn't deserve good grades and determine to do better than him. And don't worry too much, a little play and entertainment actually helps you concentrate more.
P.S. Capitalizing your "i" might help, just little things.

first and foremost, you should and must stop saying to yourself that you are lazy. you're only lazy because you think that you are lazy. if you keep yourself motivated then good for you.
studying must not treat as something burden or something stressful. you have to enjoy your school days. if you feel like getting lazy, ask help from your friends/classmates or teachers/profs. enjoy each activities your prof is giving you. i'm sure, you'll learn to love your studies, works that you want to sleep in your school. lolx.
