How do you print 1 page only?

Question

I want to know how to print 1 copy of an email one page. When I print it out the email it prints 4 pages. And the document is not that long its only a 1 page long. I'm using interent explorer.

Better highlight the email text copy it and paste into other application like notepad or Ms word and the print it. It will give you more control. Printing directly with IE will print extra page and information like web addresses, buttons, links etc

Select file then print. When the print box pops up, look for a selection for pages. Put the number of pages in there and it will only print that page/pages. You can also do like a start at page # as well.

When you press the print icon, there will be a box coming out , then you will see there is something like "Print Area" --> page from ... to .. Then in your case, you have to input 1 in both the boxes. If you want to print 2 pages out of 4 pages next time, you have to input "1" in the from box and "2" in the to box.

if u think the document should fit in only one page, follow these steps.

1>give the Print command. Ctrl+P
2>in the Page range section...select the "Page" option
3>and then enter "1" in the box
4>hit the "print" or "ok"

u shud have a 1-page print-out of the e-mail.

select the particular page -print
select the particular page copy and paste winword and then print

USUALLY CLICK ON 'PRINT PREVIEW' AND THEN CLICK 'PRINT' AND IT GIVE ME OPTION TO PRINT ENTIRE DOCUMENT OR CAN SELECT WHICH PAGES WANT TO PRINT AND HOW MANY COPIES.
