Is there a CAT-1 in other countries?

well im in a country where there is a Citizenship Advancement Training 1...im just wondering if there is like that in other countries

OK, so you are in the Philippines. Perhaps it would have been better if you provided some detail about the curricular content of Citizenship Advancement Training. That way, people in other countries could have been able to respond better. It is likely that similar courses do exist elsewhere, but probably with different names.
