last aug i bought the packet for £30 a month, each month i pay my bills through direct debit, then last month i had a bill for £68. this got paid on time, then they turned my broadband off saying its a seperate bill for £78, please help im missing my pc, ive wrote got nothing back and also spent a lot of time on the phone to them, nothing is helping me

I had a similar problem awhile back , i won't go into details , but their customer services are a waste of space !! !.. I'm not sure if you have already done so but i contacted the payment centre direct on their freephone number ... try them and see if they can help !

p.s they do have a seperate bill for their cable and they never notify you about this !

another sucker bites the dust,how many people have ever had a good word of ntl formally nynex,tele west and other cable operators,i have had so many people say that they have been promised this and that and they are very quick at cutting you off as you have found out,so many moan about BT but at least you don't cut off if you inform them straight away of any difficulty in paying they always seem willing to help that is what i found great in certain times when it has happened to me,they will give you time to play catch up,bearing in mind that another bill will be due in 3 months

Go to BT but not residential but buisness.You pay 26.99 a month but get a buisness service ie more support direct dial and easily resolved payment issues. The direct number is 07709181862
