My heating is set to 18 degrees and comes on fo an hour then off for an hour throughout the day 8am till 9pm

I usually keep it at 65 unless I am getting in the shower then I turn it up to 70.

If I throw a log in the fire place it stays around 75F to 85F. But when I'm at work I turn off the heater and it gets cold.
