yup i agreed best friend sometiMes turning their back on each other.Sad but it is so true.Actually it all related to both physical and mental aspect.Best friend they are so used to be in each other presence until they realize it is time to try something new. They knew each other weaknesess, strenght, secret until when some issues arise they dont feel safe or trusted. They have difficulty to trust each other especially when it come to secret which suddenly make known to other. At a certain stage, they got bored seeing and doing the same thing over and over again. They wanted something new. This is when the problem arise, when one wanted to change while another refuse to change. As a result they will start to look at separate ways.wHEN one is better that the other, jelousy will arise.People that consume by jelousy tend to react without thinking and they may come up with different agenda just to make other look ugly.

There is this theory called the mere exposure theory, that basically says that the more often people see each other, the more likely they are to become friends, but overexposure makes people sick of each other. The same thing happens in all aspects of life. If you see a movie, and like it, you want to watch it again, but after watching a lot you will eventually get sick of it and not want to hear it anymore. The same thing happens with music as well. People can only take so much exposure to something before feeling smothered by it

1) Don't take things for granted, especially about your friends.
The gap between good and bad,
strong and week
beauty and ugly
etc ..............is very narrow.
Anything and every thing is to be handled with exra care, including FRIENDSHIP.
The world is full of such sories about people in different walks of life.
In politics politicians say, there is neither permanent friend nor permanent enemy.
By nature friends turn into foes and foes into enemies because of loose relationship or loose comments etc.
You can think of a million relationships that turned sour overnight due to somereasomn or other, including jealousy, over ambition ,high expectations ,insecurity etc.
That is why father -son ,husband -wife,brother- sister etc relationships too fail often and father -son land in courts in opposite camps.
WHY?
DUE TO MISUNDERSTANDING? YES.
DUE TO POOR HR? YES.
DUE TO HIGH EXPECTATIONS OF ONE PERSON FROM THE OTHER? YES.
WE CAN LIST OUT MANY.
BUT THE BEAUTY LIES IN BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP,
NURTURING A REALATIONSHIP,
MAINTAINING A RELATIONSHIP.

If they turn into worst enemies at some point of time, it means that you were disillusioned about your friendship. It must have appeared so, but he wasnt a 100% friend. He had his agenda and was friendly for a reason. He couldnt tolerate things about you and showed his real self. Jealousy is the most common reason for enemity.

It is nothing new from history we have two famous tales one of Brutus and the other Judas the story remains the same. You best friend becomes you enemy when you are more successful than they. Simply because they feel they deserve your complete attention and your success belongs to them. It is jealousy, insecurity, envy, pride and often some paranoid delusion of grandeur. You were the "path finder" for them to become "glorious".

I too agree with those you have mentioned and also to be included is these individuals were "close" so they have discussed personal and intimate things as well as done things together, so each knows the other very well, a recipe for disaster. It is so sad when a "close" friendship ends.

Heard of the saying - thick as thieves. When they hunt together
there are unspoken rules about who the leader is and what the
leader gets. Sometimes the leader gets to much then you have
a falling out of thieves.......and each knows where the skeletons
were hidden, bank accounts, secret affairs......

Friends tell each other their deepest secrets. When one or the other doesn't trust that friend anymore the fear of secrets being revealed causes war. Soooo keep your mouth shut.confess is church and only talk about the weather.

well u usually make friends with those who have similar interests as yours..
u meet people and make friends when both of u'll are doing something similar..
as in u make friends in a hobby class..wer both of u guys love the same thing
and i believe in the policy..
opposites attract..similars repel..
simply u see..
u cannot gel well with a person who is similar to you.
if u notice..many of ur old enemies...turn out to be real good friends once u sort out things with them!!
its as simple as that!
