Some men do. Many are too embarassed to try them. But pantyhose will help you keep a little warmer. Alot of men, including myself, have discovered just how practical pantyhose can be.

Not 'pantyhose', but the thick spandex tights do a great job of keeping you warm without the bulk of old-fashioned thermals.
Wearing pantyhose just makes you a crossdresser.
