Because nobody's perfect not even this imaginary thing you call 'God'. Which reminds me...
Nobody is perfect,
Perfect is God only;
Therefore, God is Nobody.
Therefore, He does not exist.

If you had the power of God, and could create everything and anything you wanted whenever and wherever you wanted, would you create perfect spheres, cubes, hexagons, or maybe a perfect being that did nothing but help and entertain, and create all its own? Or would you create a man who could be flawed, a man with a mind of its own, unbound by laws of nature, a man who could be anything he aspired to be so long as he wasn't also lazy?
As far as industry goes, of course you work hard to create perfection, but you also have a market that demands something from you. That demand is for an item, or service, something with specifications that you have to meet with or your product won't be bought and you will be left with no means to get by. I'm pretty sure God created for himself, with no market, no demands. If you were given a block of wood and told to make something for yourself and just given your payment for it up front, what would you do with this block of wood? Assuming you have the tools to cut, press, form and paint it however, would you even do anything? Nomatter what you do it is to fill a desire of your own. You could do nothing and use it as a paperweight, why not. One thing you could do is shape it in such a way that it becomes a cyllinder and rolls downhill. You set rules and guidelines for a new game featuring your new creation, and you let go of it at the top of a hill. It will roll down the hill, changing direction based on itself and its environment. If you set two of them down the hill at the same time they might bump, collde, or even stop one or both short. Some dont stop rolling until far after the hill has ended, others only make it a few inches and snag on something.
Our lives could be nothing more than an intricate game of balls rolling down a hill, crashing into eachother, making our own paths among everyone else making theirs. You see us as flawed, as if every ball was supposed to reach the very floor, but that wouldn't make this game fun at all.

Although im not a bible expert, I believe he made us knowing that this was what the future held in store for us. By this I mean the current times we live in. As the matrix points out and im just using matrix as a point of reference, we all have a choice to make. Adam and eve made a choice when they took a bite of the forbidden fruit. this in effect opened up a lot of possibilities for future generations to make a choice. There reason as I understand it is not everyone will go to heaven. On earth you have the choice of what religion you believe in. It was done so you have the choice of making a commitment to living a life through god which is pure or doing bad things and that is a decision you make for youreself. They were created to show the nature of mankind to make decisions for themselves and not be forced to follow just one religion. Sorry if this isn't clear enough but im not good at putting thoughts into words.

Man & women is on the face of this earth only for a life cycle. The idea is to reproduce more living beings. The bibles says people are not perfect. All living have a choice of what they want to be good or bad. Therefor God did not cause the good or bad.
If all people live without any laws at all, the world would be a disarter to live in. Every day is a good day until human alone messes it up.

Take your pick of good answers from prior posters than I to your question.
I understand what you mean in a sense. But realize this. That while God made all things good and perfect. It is His creation man, that is breaking God's rules. Not God himself. Man operate at times in opposition to His will. But he is free to choose to do so.
Most times man go against God's will by accident or ignorance. Other times he does so in open defiance and rebellion against the way God intended a thing to be.
God knows what His own laws are. Finite man does not.
I think I'd better quit or one more hot aired comment on this house of cards answer will knock it down.

When people say that God made women because he stuffed up the first time its a joke, somebody has just made it up lol. God made women to keep the men company and to help out (but thats not ALL we're for). If your curious you should just read like the 1st few chapters of the Bible when God made Adam and Eve, it explains everything... :)

Sure, people make mistakes and often choose to do the wrong things, but how does that make us flawed? We were given free will, meaning a choice on how we govern our own lives. If you are given a car, drive drunk, and crash and kill yourself, you can't just blame your death on the automobile manufacturers because of your poor choices and the consequences you received because of that. The fact that we can learn from our mistakes as well as the mistakes of other people means that we can always improve on some part of our lives. That in no way makes us flawed.

You are thinking of God in a human context. Believing that God must think and act as humans do. This is essentially putting God on the same level as his/her creation (human beings). Try thinking of God as beyond his/her creation and the mind of God as being unknowable to his/her creations because it far surpasses those creations. After all, doesn't the mind of a potter far surpass her/his pots?
If you think that God must think as humans think then this world can make no sense and you have created a god in your own image - an idol in otherwords. The mind of God transcends all creation and is not accessible to humans.

What is your basis for assuming that God 'knows' the future?
If God gave men and angels a free will so as to be free moral agents--which is what the Bible teaches--how could God 'know' the future specifically in regard to their future actions? This kind of logic does not make sense!
Check the scriptures quoted. Do they seem to indicate that God has prior knowledge or do they give us the choice to decide?
Ecclesiastes 9:11 . . .time and unforeseen occurrence befall them all.
(ASV) I have set before thee life and death, the blessing and the curse: therefore choose life, that thou mayest live, thou and thy seed; 20to love Jehovah thy God, to obey his voice, and to cleave unto him; for (1) he is thy life, and the length of thy days; that thou mayest dwell in the land which Jehovah sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.(1) Or that )
It is true that God has predetermined what the future of mankind will be, but that is like an architect who designs a building. He decides how it will look. He doesn't decide which iron beam goes in column A and which goes into column B, etc. Likewise, God knows the future of mankind, but leaves it up to you to exercise faith or non-faith.
Remember John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have eternal life."
It's a personal choice; ergo, God doesn't 'know' the future!!!!!!!

The flaws are what allows his Creation to grow. For every evil man is capable of God has given us the ability to move beyond it. Crime gave us police. Disease gave us Doctors. His logic in the creation of man isn't flawed just because we are capable of incredible feats of evil and corruption. His flaw is he's given us the ability to question.
