Yellow fever is currently not a major concern when in the UK. An Avian Flu vaccination would be much more appropriate

Speak to the High Commission in Nairobi. I didn't think there was a requirement for Kenyans to have a Yellow Fever shot but requirements may have changed. The UK Foreign Office website http://www.fco.gov.uk/servlet/Front?pagename=OpenMarket/Xcelerate/ShowPage&c=Page&cid=1007029395231 has contact details for the High Commission.

I think that whenever you enter a new country there are requirements for travel to get certain shots to protect you, it would be better for you to get them so you dont get sick
