Yellow fever is currently not a major concern when in the UK. An Avian Flu vaccination would be much more appropriate

Speak to the High Commission in Nairobi. I didn't think there was a requirement for Kenyans to have a Yellow Fever shot but requirements may have changed. I think that whenever you enter a new country there are requirements for travel to get certain shots to protect you, it would be better for you to get them so you dont get sick
