Our guineas used to arch up like they were trying to get us to avoid touching their bellies. Maybe they're just not used to being touched there...

She May Just Not Like It ... She May Be Preggie ( Pregnant ) Or If Its A Screeching Noise It Means She Likes It

There could be something wrong with her. GI problems are fairly common in guinea pigs. I would advise you to take her to your vet.

it's probably extra sensitive. If she's ok most of the time, leave the belly alone.
