With all the gay guys walking around that are SO available, why would you risk getting your a#s kicked by bringing up something like that to a straight guy? Hey Sam, coming from a straight guy's point of view, that would freak me out. If you tell him, you'll most likely lose him as a friend. Think of it this way, if a REALLY ugly friend of yours (not that you're ugly, similar situation tho) tells you they want you, would you simply say "no thanks" then continue everything as if it were all fine? Nope! Either that or get him extremely drunk. Make sure he has not girlfriends or wife.

If you want to keep him as a friend...leave him alone. He's already established that he's straight. He's not interested. Even straight men like to be interested in someone sexually before receiving sexual favours from them.
