I love my job because it's challenging and I'm constantly learning new things. Being your own boss is also good ;)

After being in the IT industry for a few year I was getting bored, I wanted a change and now I repair Cash Machines.
I enjoy the challenge and it is never repetitive, I get a car and the hours are good.
My employer is the worlds largest IT company so hopefully I don't have to worry too much about redundancy, I get well looked after with pension and health care.
My boss is really good, I never see him apart from meetings or if I do something wrong.
It's good!!!! I would recommend being an engineer!!!

I like the fact I'm not office based, so I go into the office maybe once a week, other than that I'm out and about meeting different people all around the country. Also I get to work from home like I am today.
I can't stand going to the same place everyday, it does my head in.
The money's ok and I get quite a few perks, nice car, fuel, phone, health insurance.
I'm in sales and enjoy planning a strategy, selling the idea to others, and then implementing it and seeing the results. I've been working on an overview of last year and a strategy fro this year all week which we're presenting to our client on Monday.
I like to be part of a team but work well on my own, I'm very disciplined, you have to be to work from home.

what do i like about my job? - leaving the building each night!
i'm in the middle of a career change too, i guess the main things for me are to not be stuck in an office, building good relationships with clients and staff.
But the main thing I am after is to work for a company that has a positive impact on society, otherwise i think that it is all a bit pointless.
Thats my answer.

I used to be a terrible employee because I hated being told what to do and working on someone else's schedule, not to mention making someone else rich. I always got into a lot of trouble when I was an employee. I've been better off being my own boss; I own and run a small business.

I like the company I work for and I like the team I work with, but would not recommend being a receptionist unless you are psychic and very happy to be constantly abused all day.
