The Acer 22 inch uses the same CMV (ChiMei) panel that many manufacturers are using. I've sold a number of the CMV 22 inch screens and all my customers have been very happy with them.

I don't know a lot about the Olevia. Here are some user comments which appear to be very positive and it looks like great value at $499. http://reviews.cnet.com/Syntax_Olevia_332H_LCD_flat_panel_display_32/4852-6482_7-32154322.html?tag=sub

The only concern i'd have is with games. Not many PC games support 1366x768 so you'd have to run it at a resolution outside the native res which may cause ghosting and blurry graphics.

If you're not into gaming, then the 32 inch would be great!

i have seen small acer monitors and the price doesnt seem high. i am not familiar with olevia but if it is clear that isnt overpriced. i would get the acer 22 inch. but i dont know how close you sit to it. the ones i have seen have a very clear picture for the quite reasonable price. a 32 inch might be too much if you are very close.

If the prices include shipping, then good prices. If you buy one and change your mind, you can always ship it to my address. lol
