Firefox gets my vote. My computer was full of viruses, keyloggers, trackers and all other evils for years with Internet Explorer and Netscape. I uninstalled Netscape, but you do not want to uninstall IE or you'll mess up your whole operating system if you are running any version of Windows. Just ignore IE, and use Firefox is my way. No virus, no keylogger, way less pop-ups, never a freeze or crash since I switched to Firefox. AND no more breast enlargement ads which IE kept sending me and which me being male I was never going to go for. I have tried Opera, and it seems pretty good and clean, but by then I was used to Firefox and since C-Net rates them about the same and I like my Firefox I stick with it.

My vote is in Opera. It is hard to hack and faster downloads than Firefox. It claims to be the "fastest browser on earth" as said in Entrepeneur Magazine. 2nd is Firefox. Has built in pop-up blocker and anti forgery. Easy to update. 3rd is Netscape. Has built-in antispyware but has a large disk consumption. IE is not good. Even though download size is only by KB, it has no pop-up blocker and no protection against hackers. Trust Me.

FireFox is the most secure web browser in the world. Because it has built in high Quality Pop-Blocker, it doesn't show you any advertisements and it has a part that has been made by symantec. Trust FireFox is the best thing.

I think that Opera is the most secure browser, as it is hard to hack, and it is rarely used, so people don't spend to much time trying to find vulnerabilities.

Firefox would be 2nd. It is slowly becoming the most popular browser about, especially with its customization features. It has some pretty good security, and the pop up feature is good.

Then it would be Netscape. Although rarely used on PCs, it is commonly used on Macs. It has been hacked, but they do keep finding ways to fix it.

IE gets the worst vote. It is the most vulnerable, easiest to hack, and is very very simple to understand.

Hope this helps =)

Opera without a doubt. And may i suggest adding the widget here to opera that will display the security of the site as well as the security of the same site using firefox, IE, and Netscape coding, displaying which is the safest: http://widgets.opera.com/widget/4495
Even if opera isnt the securest it will tell you which is and allow you to mask as that system so that you can feel secure.

As per me Internet Explorer 7 is most secure web browser. It always better to install latest antivirus and anti spyware along with IE.

I would have to say Firefox! Not only does it have great security and customization features, but it also cleans all the dirt you track in your browser! Leaves nothing left for your spyware to clean up!

Opera, but no web browser can totally protect one from their own ignorance or stupidity.
