How to deal with the egoist people?

Don't pay any attention to them. If you must interact with them on a work/school basis keep conversations to hi/bye. Do not talk about them behind their backs either ( I know this can be hard ); egomaniacs feed off of attention both good and bad, don't give them any more fuel for their ego.

Dont tell them how good they are. Or you can call them FIG JAM ( F*** I'm Good Just Ask Me)
