Maybe you can just readjust as one answer said.

Were you ever diagnosed w/brain chemistry imbalance ??
Sometimes people go to drugs when that is the case--and, here is my point.
I have PTSD and I thought I would never write poetry again.
It took a while to get the right medication, get used to it, deal w/some traumas, and before I knew it, I was writing again.
It DOESN'T FEEL THE SAME; so I can relate. But, I'm BACK.
I miss staying up for 3 days at a time, and feel I did better work; but after writing again for about 2 years, I would say my work is just as good. And, yes, I have been published.
Just hang in there, esp. if you don't have a diagnosis. Try to stimulate your brain w/ things that turn you on: like nature, etc.
Different ways to meditate; or music--but not music that will make you want to do meth again.
Try an art class ??? That might really get you going; if you can do that or like groups.
Otherwise, keep hanging in there!

Take your sketch pad, get on a bus. Stop at a random place, and draw something- anything at the stop.
Do quick sketches of the other passengers. They don't have to be complete.

When you get home, try filling in the surrounds of each picture. Either use recall, or be creative.

Keep at it, and good luck.

You need to get past the depression, recovered meth addicts become clinically depressed. As you probably already know, clinical depression is being depressed in a way that you don't even realize that you're depressed. You may need to talk to a doctor and maybe take anti-depressants. You can talk to your general practitioner about this.

Whatever you do do not get back on it. Meth is not something you **** around with. Try 2 focus on the time b4 you did meth and just let it flow
