Dakshine Bharath Hindi Sabha is a sabha(institute)something like a head for learning Hindi. They only provide certificates regarding the hindi studies those who studied in private.
In this sabha there are 8 exams for Hindi . The persons who finished eight exams are equivalent to the degree of BA(Hindi).
The eight exams are

3)Rashtrabasha
4)Praveshika
