The best way to stay at a healthy weight is to be active. You can join a sports team. Or, if you don't like team sports, try swimming, tennis, martial arts, or just being active in your own backyard. Jumping rope, dancing, and walking will get your heart pumping. Getting some extra exercise can be as easy as taking the stairs instead of the elevator or walking instead of having your parents drive you. Being active also means watching less TV and playing fewer video games.
Eating healthy is another part of staying fit. Aim to eat a variety of foods and get five servings of fruits and vegetables a day. Choose water and low-fat milk over soda and other sugary drinks. No food is off limits, but try eating smaller portions of high-calorie and high-fat foods.

umm...let me think...
1)eat veggies and fruits more and reduce everything with excess fats. don't eat too many carbs or bread, reduce the ammount of meat and eat more fish.
2)stay away from highly calorific sweets. exercise: the trick is to burn more than u consume. for example, if u consume about 2000 calories today, u have to burn 2010 calories, and yesterday's stocks will be used. that means u're losing weight. if u run 3 times a week for an hour each time it'll be good.
3)next thing u gotta do: 3 meals a day! a good breakfast, a good lunch, dinner has to be small (no meat. just a salad or something) or even cancelled! don't eat between meals.
i know it's hard but i've tried this and i lost 4 kg in one month. just get a porfessional to help u at the gym.
good luck!

First of all your doing the right thing by asking for help. But the next thing you need to do is take your thoughts very serious. If you really serious about making this move. Think about your health as number one, cause over weight persons are always more at risk for heart attacks and strokes. Chaning your eating habits and taking it one step at a time. Dont try and say o Well i want to lose 85 pounds that is just not the way. Give your self a small goal to reach like the first ten pounds ,. And then your on your way. Do this for your self not to please others. But no matter what you have to stay focused and it is ok to cheat once in awhile on your eating you can not diet your whole life. Just try to avoid all those good junk foods we all like. ANd have postive persons to be there for you . Dont sneak and eat foods you dont need. Casue when you do that they only one your really hurting is you. GOOd luck and I no you can do it.

I think you already know what people will say. Diet and workout at the gym.I can help with a few tricks that work. This works for almost everyone. Increase water intake.Use only cold water and green tea if you like.We talking about eight to ten glasses a day.The next trick is fiber. Two full spoons of fiber three times a day.The last trick is sleep.I hope you can get eighth hours of sleep. Lack of sleep has been shown to cause people to gain weight.I wish I had known this 20 years ago. Man does technology Rock. Good luck.

You can still eat the foods you like and still lose weight. Take 2 tbls. apple cioer vinegar with an 8 oz. glass of water. Will curb you appetiite naturally. After a couple of days of drinking this tonic, you will feel full. Take before eating. Take in place of a meal too. It really works and is very inexpensive. Makes hair and nails grow too. Great for the digestive system. Most people overeat because they are searching for vitamins. ACV has 93, hence no more overeating.

Well, the stress may be contributing to your weight. You don't have to exercise much, just 5 minutes a day will make a difference. Do a few situps, lift a milk jug while you watch TV. Cut back on soft drinks, they are full of empty calories. And try to get that stress down!

Simply, burn more calories than you eat.
You can eat all you want, but it's easier to eat fewer calories. Easier said than done of course, but that's how it works. If you try drugs that guarantee weight loss, you risk permanent damage to your vital organs or death.
By the way, there's nothing wrong with bread. You can eat it, but you should drink plenty of water and fast, but only if you aren't doing physical labour. Seriously, drinking more water will make your body release the water it stores, and some weight will come off.
Think of yourself as a bear. You've got some fat stored up for the hibernation season, only you don't hibernate. Burn it off, it will not kill you, as long as you're otherwise healthy and do not use drugs.
Burn more calories than take in. Period.

There are too many options to suggest all of them. But first rule out thyroid problems, water retention issues and metabolic issues.
Lack of fiber and excessive salt intake, lack of exercise and not eating timely meals, too muh sugar and too much fat in food - these are the usual culprits for overweight. Emotional problems resulting in food cravings are also involved.
All these issues need to be addressed and you should work out a diet plan yourself.

1)Reduce eating fatty foods especially the food that contain a lot of saturated fat.
2)exercise regularly everyday.if you don't have time, you can just jump at home at least 10 times per jump.
3)do not immediately take a shower after eating as it can stimulate the growth of fats in the food that have been eaten.
4)do not immediately sit down after eating as it can make the fat gathers around your wrist.
